For most of my corporate career, I gave everything to the work. My time, my energy, and honestly, my self worth and identity. I learned fast, traveled often, and built brands at scale. When my my first son was born, I tried to carry that same pace forward… and paid for it.
Postpartum depression, burnout, and a series of moments that made it painfully clear: the system wasn’t built to hold women through change.
So, terrified as I was, I walked away. And then, slowly, imperfectly, with two babies in my arms, I built something truer.

I'm equal parts strategist and type-C, black SUV mom with more cups than cupholders. When I'm not building story-led brands, you’ll probably find me in the garden with soil on my hands, training for a K-1 kickboxing fight, or chasing an adventure with my two sons and my lap-dog-in-denial Great Pyrenees, Chicken Salad.
I bake when I'm happy. And when I'm stressed. I bake a lot.
I coach the boys’ soccer teams and read everything from ACOTAR to The Alchemist.
I believe that strength and softness can coexist. I believe good stories change lives, and that your business should feel like something you actually want to wake up to.
