Do I need to have everything figured out before reaching out?
Not at all. Most clients come to Novel because they know something needs to evolve but are not entirely sure what the next step is. That is exactly what this process is for. We will work together to clarify your goals, refine your direction, and determine the best path forward.
Do you offer custom packages?
Yes. Kind of. Mostly. While the core services provide a strong framework, every business is different. Projects can be customized with additional deliverables, collateral, or strategic support depending on what will best serve your brand, but I don't work backwards. What you see outlined in packages is the floor of the offer and then we can build upward based on your needs.
What platforms do you design websites on?
Most service based websites are built on Showit while e commerce sites are typically built on Shopify. The platform is chosen based on your business model, functionality needs, and long term ease of use. Depending on the project, we may look at other platforms.
How far in advance should I book a project?
Projects are typically booked several weeks to a few months in advance depending on the scope of work. If you have a specific timeline in mind, it is always best to reach out early so we can reserve a spot on the calendar.
